Sugar ‘n Sage is a 4 piece family vocal ensemble from the Lower Mainland, BC.
As a quartet of musicians, their voices are their main instruments: soprano, alto, tenor and baritone.
Their sound and style is distinct, yet they cross many musical genres: jazz, pop, folk, country and some rock ‘n roll. Sugar ‘n Sage also does original material with 3 songwriters in the group!
To complement their sound, Sugar ‘n Sage uses acoustic guitars and piano as well as smatterings of banjo, mandolin, and percussion.
Their repertoire ranges from Crosby, Stills and Nash to Beyoncé, Shania, The Eagles and Ella Fitzgerald.
Sugar ‘n Sage are ideal for house parties, music festivals, celebrations, concerts and any occasion that calls for captivating live music!

Siobhan Maeghan
Siobhan Maeghan is Shannon's elder daughter and has been involved in music since she was young, having had her first taste of songwriting while she was still in high school, for a track featured on Shannon Lee's "Pot of Gold" in 2008. She joined her family, as well as Don Biggar, and Bill Buurmeester to form the dance band, Inglewood in 2012 and has enjoyed bringing a fresh, youthful influence to their classic mix.
Siobhan also writes music of her own, including her first single, "No Rain." Check out the official music video here.

Shannon Lee
Shannon Lee is a singer/songwriter from Winnipeg, Manitoba who has been performing in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia for many years. Shannon Lee is a multi-instrumentalist, singer, and actor who has enjoyed a varied and interesting career. Shannon is also performing with the 6 piece dance band INGLEWOOD and cohost of MUM (Mic'd Up Murrayville) an open mic held each Thursday at Porter's Bistro in Langley.
With two original albums to her credit, Shannon, provides new, original songs for the band to keep it unique!

Raina Morgan
Raina Morgan is Siobhan’s sister and the two ladies have a natural ability to blend their lovely voices. Raina has enjoyed singing for many years and is a classically trained vocalist. She has a particular fondness for jazz and country music, which makes for an interesting combination. Raina's influences include The Manhattan Transfer, Beyonce, Ella Fitzgerald and Kelly Clarkson. Raina has performed with the dance band Inglewood for the past 6 years and is excited to be part of this new project with her family.
THE SAGE
Colin Rankin
Colin Rankin is our lead guitarist and adds flavour with banjo and mandolin to Sugar 'n Sage. He has been gigging with various musical projects for many years. His original songs are featured on Shannon Lee's album "POT OF GOLD". as well as *8 TRACK FREEWAY" recorded with Darryl Klassen in the original band The Russian Judge. Colin also played in the rock 'n roll band MILESTONE.
Colin is the lead guitarist with the 6 piece dance band INGLEWOOD and cohost of a weekly open mic, MUM (Mic'd up Murrayville) at Porter's Bistro in Langley, BC.
